SAW LOSER WON'T MAKE MEAL OF IT; RESULT!

Byline: with sports betting's top tipster DEREK McGOVERN E-MAIL: betsguru@aol.com ADDITIONAL REPORTING BY JOHN SHAW

IF Katie Hopkins were to win Celebrity Big Brother, what would it say about Britain?

It would probably say we don't have as many overweight, unemployed immigrants with sons named Tyler as Hopkins makes out.

The snooty aardvark was up for eviction tonight until spared by Katie Price. That was a shock - since she's been on the show Price has spared little else.

Hopkins believes those who see her as a nasty piece of work are the same people who see any piece of work as yp nasty. Somehow she's favourite - that gives you an idea of the appeal of her housemates.

Second favourite is Keith Chegwin (above), who has been overlooked by the editors of CBB in much the same way his entire career was overlooked in the 1990s.

Michelle Visage is a virtual unknown here despite being a wellrecognised face in France, while Calum Best has never won a reality show in his life and it's not as if he's done anything else.

Best could go tonight but at 25-1 is about as likely to get evicted as he is to get a proper job.

Mirror food columnist Nadia Sawalha (left) is 8-15 favourite to go and that looks nailed on. Some of the housemates believe she is nosy - at least that's what it says in their diaries.

Next eviction (666BET): 8-15 Nadia Swalha, 9-4 AliS cia Douvall, 9-2 Perez Hilton, 25-1 Calum Best.
