SAS SELECTS WICAT'S B737 TRAINING SYSTEM

 OREM, Utah, Jan. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Wicat Systems Inc. announced today that it has signed a contract with SAS Flight Academy, a daughter company of the SAS Group, to supply a Boeing 737 training system.
 The contract includes the supply of eight Wicat high-resolution workstations equipped with 80486, IBM compatible processors and 19-inch color monitors, touch screens and high-quality audio. Wicat will provide SAS with its Boeing 737-300/400/500 Flight Training courseware for transition and refresher training of SAS Flight Academy trainees.
 This order increases the number of Wicat student workstations in use at the SAS Flight Academy to 120 and represents one of the largest totals of CBT stations in use in any of the world's airlines today. SAS Flight Academy operates training centers throughout Scandinavia in Stockholm, Oslo and Copenhagen.
 Otto Lagarhus, president of SAS Flight Academy, said "We are pleased to sign this contract with Wicat for the B737 Training System and to further our close relationship that has been so successful since 1986 when SAS first embarked on the development of CBT flight training with Wicat."
