SANTA FE RAILWAY R?TAKE BUSINESS MISSION TO FAR EAST

 SCHAUMBURG, Ill., July 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Santa Fe Railway's Chairman, President and Chief Financial Officer Robert D. Krebs departs July 31, 1993, on a one-week Far East business mission to Japan, South Korea and Hong Kong. Krebs, accompanied by Steve Marlier, senior vice president-carload business unit, and Don McInnes, senior vice president- intermodal business unit, will meet with automotive, steamship and carload customers.
 "Our business missions to the Far East give us the opportunity to strengthen relationships with our international customers ensuring we continue to meet our commitment to provide them with service, facilities, equipment and logistics support that contribute to their success," said Krebs.
 In 1992, Santa Fe's international intermodal traffic grew 21 percent as a result of new and renewed contracts with steamship carriers.
