Printer Friendly Retains U.S. Financial Services Firm.

CALGARY, Alberta--(BW SportsWire)--Sept. 11, 2000 (CDNX:SAM), a leading provider of sports learning software, today announced that it has retained SmallCaps Online Group LLC ("SmallCaps"), an online financial services company, to act as financial communications consultants and perform investor relations needs for the Company in the United States.

Total compensation for this service will be $9,000 U.S. per month with the agreement being for a one-year period. SmallCaps will also receive, subject to regulatory approval, options to purchase 150,000 common shares at a price of $0.50 per share until September 12, 2005.
