SAM A. LOCRICCHIO APPOINTED EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF COLONIAL CENTRAL SAVINGS BANK, F.S.B.
CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich., April 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Sam A. Locricchio has been appointed executive vice president, Banking Division, of Colonial Central Savings Bank, F.S.B. (Colonial). The announcement was made by Colonial's board of directors. Colonial is a wholly owned subsidiary of Central Holding Company (NASDAQ: CHOL). Locricchio joined Central Holding Company (CHC) and its subsidiaries in August 1983 as a Commercial Loan Officer of Colonial and most recently was senior vice president, Lending of Colonial. Prior to joining CHC and its subsidiaries, Locricchio owned a commercial mortgage brokerage company and had been a commercial loan officer at Michigan National Bank. Locricchio has a bachelor of business administration degree from Eastern Michigan University. A resident of Shelby Township, Locricchio is a Certified Review Appraiser, a Certified Mortgage Underwriter, and a licensed real estate broker. CHC is a financial services organization headquartered in Clinton Township.
