SAIC ORGANIZES FOURTH ANNUAL VOLUNTEER RECYCLING CLEANUP OF THE MALL

SAN DIEGO, June 30 /PRNewswire/ -- SAIC (Science Applications International Corp.), in partnership with the National Park Service, is organizing its fourth annual volunteer recycling cleanup of the Mall during the Fourth of July celebration. All money earned from sale of the metal, glass and plastic goes to the National Park Service for projects. Shifts begin on July 4 at noon, 3 p.m., and 6 p.m., with volunteers signing in 10 minutes before each shift at the SAIC volunteer tent on the north side of the Washington Monument.
SAIC is a high-technology company providing services and products to government and the private sector. The employee-owned company has about 3,600 employees in the Washington, D.C area. With annual revenues of $1.5 billion, SAIC has 15,000 employees at more than 250 locations worldwide.
