SAFECARD SERVICES DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

 CHEYENNE, Wyo., June 3 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of SafeCard Services, Inc. (NYSE: SSI) today declared a quarterly dividend of $.05 per share of common stock, payable on June 25, 1993 to shareholders of record on June 18, 1993.
 SafeCard is the world's largest provider of credit card registry services and also provides other enhancement services.
