SAARC Chamber welcomes Pak-India trade.

KARACHI, March 10, 2012 (Frontier Star): President, Vikramjit Singh Sahney and Vice President, Iftikhar Ali Malik of SAARC Chamber welcomed the deccsion of Pakistani government to normalize trade with India. They said that by liberalizing trade policies, Pakistan and India, the two neighboring countries are gradually making progress in establishing a trustworthy relationship. In a statement Vikramjit Singh Sahney said withdrawal of negative list help boost trade between the two countries the measure adopted by other the countries to normalize trade will also held improve trust on each other. He said that removal of non tariff berries will also boost trade and hoped that in next one year it may be doubled. The president emphasized the need of early implementation of decision to grant one year multi enter vise to business community which will help build better contact and provide better facility of traveling for business and trade activities. He said normalizing trade a tie Between India and Pakistan is in the interest of both the countries and it would not only help strengthen economy but boost economic activities in the region also. He was of the view that by liberalization of trade both the countries will get big market for the products. He Appreciated efforts of Commerce Ministers of both the Countries.
