S&T BANK ANNOUNCES COMMERCIAL LENDING APPOINTMENTS

 INDIANA, Pa., June 18 /PRNewswire/ -- S&T Bank has announced that Gerard Knell and John Schuster have joined the bank's commercial lending group as vice presidents of asset based lending.
 S&T's asset based lending division specializes in meeting the borrowing needs of mid-size businesses primarily located within the western Pennsylvania market place.
 Knell, who is responsible for overseeing the asset based lending group, specializes in the group's business development activities. He was most recently employed by Westinghouse Credit Corporation, Pittsburgh, as vice president-credit policy and administration. Knell has been employed in various commercial lending capacities within the Pittsburgh area for the past 22 years.
 Knell was graduated from Loyola College, Baltimore, with a degree in accounting. He is a licensed general securities representative.
 He resides in Pittsburgh with his wife, Alice. They are the parents of three children.
 Schuster is responsible for the credit and operational aspects of the asset based lending group. Schuster, who was also most recently employed by Westinghouse Credit Corporation, was a senior investment manager-corporate finance. Schuster has worked in the Pittsburgh commercial lending area for the past 21 years.
 Schuster was graduated from Robert Morris College, Pittsburgh, with a degree in accounting.
 He resides in Renfrew, Pa., with his wife, Carol. They are the parents of three children.
