NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Standard & Poor's

July 10, 2001--Standard & Poor's today assigned its triple-'B'-plus rating to $26,022,625 7.875% units of Structured Asset Trust Unit Repackagings (SATURNS) WorldCom Debenture-Backed Series 2001-5.

The rating reflects the credit quality of the underlying debentures, $25 million 8.25% debentures issued by WorldCom Inc. due May 15, 2031 (triple-'B'-plus), and addresses the likelihood of the trust making payments on the units as required under the trust agreement, Standard & Poor's said. ---CreditWire
