Ryanair shows decreased figures in customer service statistics in October 2010.


Ryanair, a budget Irish airline, on Friday announced its customer service statistics which showed a decrease compared to the same month of 2009.

The number of on-time flight fell to 85% in October 2010 compared to 92% in the same month of the previous year, attributed to delays caused by French and Spanish ATC strikes and go-slows.

Complaints per 2,000 passengers rose to 0.47% in October 2010 compared to 0.31% in October last year.

Baggage complaints per 1,000 passengers fell to 0.20% in October 2010 and complaints answered in seven days stayed the same compared to the same month of 2009.
