Ryanair confirms meeting with Tailwind Nominees Limited.
Low-cost Irish airline Ryanair has confirmed that it held a meeting with representatives from Tailwind Nominees Limited on 5 January.
Tailwind Nominees Limited owns approximately 2% of Irish carrier Aer Lingus on behalf on its pilots.
Aer Lingus previously rejected an offer from Ryanair to purchase all of the issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of Aer Lingus not already owned by Ryanair for EUR1.40 per share.
