Russians wish to invest in buyout centers in Macedonia.

Russian companies are interested in making investments in opening buyout and distribution centers in Macedonia, said Russian Agriculture Minister Elena Skrynnik at the meeting with her Macedonian counterpart Ljupco Dimovski in Moscow.

The principal topic of the meeting was promoting the cooperation between the two countries in the farming sector and raising the presence of Macedonian products on the Russian market.

"Trade has increased 2.5 times. We are importing products from Macedonia ever more. We have not seen such intensification of cooperation with any other country as we have had with Macedonia. We are interested in importing farming produces, mostly cabbages, peaches, apricots, sour cherries, tomatoes but most of all Macedonian wine. There is a great perspective for exporting Macedonian fruit and vegetables to the Russian market. Your products are competitive, of good quality and ecologically clean," she said.
