The Russian central bank has said that it is expecting to implement gradual rate cuts as risks persist in the financial market.

The apex bank hinted that further cuts to the key rate would be gradual.

The head of the Russian central bank's monetary policy department, Igor Dmitriev, said that there were still some risks in the financial markets.
