Russian Federation : Working meeting between Dmitry Medvedev and Ramzan Kadyrov in Grozny.

Chairman of the Government of Russia Dmitry Medvedev held a working meeting in Grozny with the head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov. Work was also discussed on the development of priority areas - agriculture, tourism.

D. Medvedev noted the first successful steps of the Chechen Republic in the development of greenhouse farms. He particularly emphasized the quality of the production of the hothouse complex "YugAgroHolding", where he had previously visited R. Kadyrov.

"Today we visited a greenhouse complex. New, built to the most modern standards, which already sells products, and, as you told me, it sells products for several months ahead, that is, it is in demand. I know that this is only the first stage of the creation of such greenhouse farms in the republic. As we discussed, such greenhouse farms are very beneficial to create in the south, including the Chechen Republic. Therefore, I hope this program will continue, "he said.

The Prime Minister was interested in the plans of the republic's leadership on the development of the ski resort "Veduchi". He stressed that this branch began to develop in many republics of the North Caucasus.

R. Kadyrov informed D. Medvedev that at this stage work is underway to launch the second stage of the ski resort "Veduchi". He also asked the prime minister to provide support in this matter.

"We have completed the first stage of the construction of the ski resort" Veduchi "with the direct support of the federal government. Now we are working on all sectors to start the second stage. This is a more serious stage - the republic, banks and the Government of the Russian Federation participate, and also the JSC "Resorts of the North Caucasus". For us, as for the post-war republic, the first resort is a great event. This direction is very in demand and already now about 600 people visit Veduchi. We hope for your support in the further expansion of this industry, "he said.

The head of the Chechen Republic also told D. Medvedev about the social and economic successes of the region. In particular, he stressed that thanks to the measures taken in recent years, the republic managed to significantly reduce unemployment.

"When I first assumed the post of prime minister, unemployment in our republic reached 76%. At the same time, the regional budget was only 9 billion rubles. Now we managed to reduce unemployment to 9%, while in 2017 we brought in the budget of the Russian Federation 11 billion rubles of taxes. These successes were made possible thanks to the direct support of the federal center. I want to thank you for your constant attention to the republic and for participating in solving the most difficult problems facing the region, "he said.

D. Medvedev, in turn, stressed the achieved indicators in eliminating unemployment. He added that the region began to develop actively in all directions.

"I can say that these changes are significant. The most important thing is that we managed to create a large number of jobs and the republic becomes self-sufficient. It produces a variety of products - agricultural and industrial, services, and this is the key to the development and prosperity of the republic for the future, "he said.

R. Kadyrov thanked the Prime Minister of Russia for his visit to the Chechen Republic. He also expressed confidence that his trip would be an additional stimulus that would contribute to the development of the region as a whole.

Further R. Kadyrov and D. Medvedev watched the military vehicles developed on the basis of the Russian Special Forces University. Among the special vehicles was also presented a completely new battle buggy "Chaborz-6." Assistant Head of the Chechen Republic, First Deputy Head of the Federal Service of Troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation for the Chechen Republic Daniel Martynov told D. Medvedev about the main characteristics of special vehicles.

In particular, he stressed that the presented samples are capable of overclocking over a hundred kilometers per hour on impassability. In addition, depending on the task, they can be converted into passenger, reconnaissance, cargo, cargo-and-passenger, sanitary-evacuation, strike or sentry variants.

D. Medvedev praised the developers for their responsible approach to work and called them "fellows."

Note that the special forces developed at the Russian University and the combat buggies "Chaborz M-6" and "Chaborz M-3" produced at its base are a real "multitool" for the military, a professional tool in which multifunctionality is initially laid.

The initiator of the buggy project "Chaborz" is the Head of the Chechen Republic.
