Russian Federation : North Ossetia-Alania will receive 538 million rubles for the creation of nursery groups in kindergartens.
The Government of the Russian Federation has approved the distribution of intergovernmental transfers for the creation of additional places in the years 2018-2019 in pre-school institutions for children aged two months to three years. The corresponding document was signed by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev . The adopted decision is aimed at achieving, by 2021, 100 per cent availability of pre-school education for children in the framework of the execution of the instruction of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.
In total, in 2018 and 2019, the subjects of the Federation will be allocated 49 billion rubles of intergovernmental transfers. According to the document, North Ossetia-Alania will receive 538 million rubles to increase the availability of pre-school education for toddlers, more than 299 million rubles from which the republic will receive in 2018 and the rest in 2019.
Conditions for the provision of transfers - the availability of a regional program for the creation of additional seats, as well as the availability in the regional budget of appropriations for the execution of the corresponding expenditure obligation, the portal of the Government of the Russian Federation says.
Means of transfers can be used to create additional places for children aged two months to three years in preschool institutions by building and purchasing buildings, annexes to buildings or premises of kindergartens.
