Russian Federation : ARCHK DV and DSSS have signed a roadmap for attracting personnel to the Zvezda shipyard.

The Human Capital Development Agency in the Far East and the Far Eastern Shipbuilding and Repair Center JSC signed a roadmap for the implementation of the joint activity plan for 2019, which presents activities for the parties in the field of human capital development in the interests of the Zvezda Shipbuilding Complex - resident TOR "Big Stone". Among them - the implementation of projects in the field of staffing "Zvezdy", measures for the adaptation and arrangement of relocated workers, joint projects ARCHK DV and JSC "DSSS" with educational organizations in the region. The total need for the SSC "Star" in various specialists for 2019 is more than 3.8 thousand people.

The cooperation between ARCHK and DSSS has been going on not for the first year, but the mechanisms we have worked out of interaction have shown their effectiveness, commented on the signing of the document, Deputy General Director of ANO ARCHK DV Hasan Hasanbalayev. - In order to attract highly qualified personnel to the SSC "Star" we have opened a project office. During 2018, work was carried out to attract professionals from St. Petersburg, Astrakhan and Simferopol to Bolshoy Kamen. In the near future - launching projects to attract personnel in Primorye from Novosibirsk, Arkhangelsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Yekaterinburg. Particular attention is paid to employment at the shipyard of local specialists.

The signed roadmap provides for the participation of the Far-Eastern Regional Center of Hydrometeorology in the holding of job fairs for DSSS, work on remote selection of candidates in accordance with the personnel needs of enterprises, escorting DSSS on the Work in the Far East portal, and posting current vacancies on the Internet.

The implementation of the roadmaps activities will be a significant element in addressing the staffing requirements of the Zvezka SSC. The shipyard creation project is very ambitious and especially significant for the development of the Far East. The need for specialists is very high and the joint work with the Agency for the Development of Human Capital will contribute to the most effective solution of the task of ensuring the production of SCS Zvezda with qualified specialists, said Konstantin Laptev, General Director of DCSS JSC.

DSSS on an ongoing basis conducts large-scale work to attract new personnel to the Star. In 2019, new training areas for specialists such as metal ship hull assemblers and electric and gas welders will be opened on the basis of the Far Eastern Shipbuilding College. Last year, 100 people were trained in college, this year it is planned to increase the number of students to 200 people. At the same time, cooperation with educational institutions is carried out - the employment of graduates, the preparation of students for targeted contracts, the company days and vacancies fairs are held. Three Rosneft-class companies are opened in the region in the direction of Shipbuilding as part of the school-university-enterprise corporate training program. Employment centers across the country were also involved in working with the provision of Stars with personnel.

The Human Capital Development Agency in the Far East (ARFC of Far East) was established in 2015 to provide qualified personnel for resident companies of the Advanced Development Territories (TOP), the Free Port of Vladivostok, and investment projects in the Far East. The mission of the Agency is to ensure the growth and development of human capital in the Far East.
