Ruble's fall impacts apartment sale prices in Bishkek.

Over the past 2.5 months, the apartment prices have fallen in Bishkek, the sellers say.

Russia's ruble fall negatively impacts the property sales in Kyrgyzstan as the main buyers of Bishkek apartments are immigrants from Russia.

One-bedroom apartment prices fall from $36,000 to $30-31 thousand.

Two-bedroom apartments now cost $43-44 thousand at the previous price of $50-53 thousand.

The demand is higher for the apartments in the southern districts of the city, as well as in the Jal, Ulan, Vostok-5, Tunguch, Alamedin-1 neighborhoods.

The demand is greater for the one-bedroom apartments with the prices ranging between $30-35 thousand.

The expectation of Kyrgyzstan's joining the Customs Union impacts the market as well, real estate agency worker Vladimir Ignatov said.

Over 60 real estate agencies are operating in Bishkek so far.
