Royal wedding dress replica.

A REPLICA of the royal wedding dress worn by the Duchess of Cambridge goes on display in the region later this month.

The dress and replicas of the jewellery worn by the new Duchess will be on show at the Otterburn Tower on Sunday, October 23.

The dress is being displayed by Rosina Brown, the North's wedding fashion guru, at a wedding fayre, from 1pm to 4pm.

There will be other dresses on display, as well as a chance to meet the people who can make any wedding day perfect.

Fayre-goers can discuss their wedding breakfast with a chef, choose their music, pick their photographer and see exactly what the Otterburn Tower offers couples as their wedding venue.

The Otterburn Tower dates back to the Normans and has all the grandeur which would be expected of a historic 'castle.' The difference between that bygone age and today is the comfort and the features that have been added over the years.

The gardens are terraced and there are endless photo opportunities from the battlements to the newly-reinstated lake.
