Royal Society/Medicine expands

In an expansion move negotiated by Wilrock National, Inc., the London-based Royal Society of Medicine Foundation, Inc. has tripled the size of its New York headquarters by leasing 4,000 square feet of space in the tower at 150 East 58th Street in Manhattan.

Diane Wilson, director, of Wilrock National, Inc., negotiated the 10-year leasing transaction, which has an aggregate rental valued in excess of $1.2 million. Abrams Benisch Riker Inc., the building's leasing agent, represented the landlord.

The international non-profit medical society has 17,000 individual members in Europe, the United States and Canada. It relocated its New York headquarters from the Metropolitan Club on Fifth Avenue.
