Roy Lerman Becomes Advisor to Grand Slam.

Grand Slam Treasures, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: GRST) today announced that it has signed a contract with Roy Lerman of the American Stock Exchange to guide it to listing with AMEX. Roy Lerman ( has been called the "Dear Abby" and "Mr. Fix It" of the financial community. He is one of the few people in America who has almost 40 years of experience in the brokerage business and on the Stock Exchange and is considered by some as a financial guru.

Roy Lerman began his career on Wall Street as a teenager, working in a brokerage firm. After completing his college education, Roy returned to Wall Street. Roy was one of the first brokers to execute option spreads on an exchange and was one of the original "Young Turks" who lobbied Washington to have options listed on an exchange. He is currently Chairman of the Board for Capital Suisse Securities, an International Brokerage firm. Additionally, he is a Full Partner and Director with Professional Executions, Inc., one of the largest execution firms headquartered in New York, and a Partner in R.I.P. Consultants with offices in London, New York, and Hong Kong. Mr. Lerman has been a Member in good standing with the American Stock Exchange for over 30 years.

Previously, Mr. Lerman opened his own firm and for six years served as President of Lerman & Wick, a firm trading options and equities on all Regional Exchanges. Following that, he was the New York Representative and Senior Vice President for Southwest Securities, Dallas, Texas, and for ten years was in charge of all of Southwest's floor activities on the American Stock Exchange.

He also serves as an Advisor to the Chinese American Development Corporation in Washington, D.C., the Texas Computer Network, Inc., based in Fort Worth, Texas, the Board of Directors of R.M. Stark & Co., Inc., a securities broker-dealer headquartered in Florida, Republic Financial Group - Investment Bankers. Among his consulting clients are Heng Fung Captial Inc. - Investment Bankers based in Hong Kong, the New York Institute of Finance Famco Corporation, which is a holding company in Florida.
