Root Markets Acquires LeadROI.

Combined Company Will Increase the Quality and Performance of Internet Mortgage Leads

NEW YORK -- Root Markets Inc., which operates the premier commodities exchange for trading and monetizing Internet-generated consumer leads, today announced the acquisition of LeadROI, Inc. Based in Costa-Mesa, California, LeadROI provides a fully-integrated mortgage lead and customer relationship management system. LeadROI will operate as Root LeadROI, a subsidiary of Root Markets, and will continue to service its clients and expand its relationships with major lead aggregators, brokers and lenders. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Root Markets operates the Root Exchange and Root Publisher, two technology platforms that offer the most advanced electronic lead trading systems available. The Root Exchange technology allows leads to be bought, sold and delivered in real-time, matching specific orders from lenders.

LeadROI offers a comprehensive web-based customer relationship management system that empowers lenders and brokers to effectively manage leads from acquisition to point-of-sale. Lead management tools include lead distribution, automated marketing and reporting. LeadROI offers a wide array of services to help sell and close loans, including credit reports, pricing, and transferring data to loan origination systems. Beyond the sales process, LeadROI provides the tools needed to easily analyze the quality and cost effectiveness of acquired leads.
