Rollick to Acquire AVALA Marketing to Strengthen Position in Recreation, Industrial Equipment Industries.
1 October 2018 - Texas, US-based computer software provider Rollick, Inc. has agreed to acquire Missouri, US-based Avala Marketing Group to provide manufacturers and retailers in distributed dealer networks with an end-to-end marketing solution, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Rollick will become the first enterprise lead management solution connecting OEMs and dealers in the marine, powersports, RV and industrial equipment industries for a seamless retail shopping experience.
Rollick said with Avala's technology, it will increase post-sale customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Rollick Outdoor, Inc. will change its corporate name to Rollick, Inc. and Avala Marketing Group, Inc. will become Avala Inc., a Rollick company.
Rollick, Inc., along with its subsidiary company Avala, connects manufacturers, dealers and in-market consumers in the powersports, RV, marine and industrial equipment industries to deliver a seamless customer journey.
The company has built a national outdoor recreational vehicle buying network to include hundreds of dealers, over 60 manufacturers and an affinity partner network with access to over 50m customers including policy holders of major insurance providers, employees at more than 2,000 top US companies, members of the military, veterans and first responders.
Pivot Stage Partners and founder Jason Jamijian served as exclusive adviser to Avala.
