Roger P. Pichette, 70.

BELTON, MO Roger P. Pichette, 70, of Belton, MO passed away on May 5, 2010. He was the son of the late Roland and Estelle (Laquerre) Pichette. He is survived by his wife, Marilyn and his son, Randy, of Belton, MO; his brothers, Robert of Worcester and Ronald of Sutton; his sister, Janet Clark of Beaumont, Texas; Sandra and her husband, Arthur Milosh of Worcester; an aunt and uncle; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Roger was raised in the Main South area of Worcester and graduated from South High School. After graduation he worked for the Worcester Telegram & Gazette and later as an agent with the Cousy-Sharry Insurance Agency.

Roger will be remembered by many of his contemporaries when he became the first president of the Chi-Rho Club, founded by Father Donald P. Gonynor of St. Peter's Parish, Worcester. Members will also remember Roger as a great personality and member of the "Fresh Lads" quartet which entertained members of Chi-Rho and other groups in the area throughout the 60's. He was very musically inclined and worked on several musicals presented by the Chi-Rho Club, of particular acclaim was "The West Side Story".

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
