Rockrose links with BuildingLink.
Rockrose Development Corporation recently entered into an agreement to use BuildingLink.com to enhance building operations at Tribeca Pointe, a 340-unit luxury residential property in Battery Park City. Tribeca Pointe will utilize this record-keeping and communications platform to bring the highest level of service to tenants.BuildingLink is a software platform that manages and enhances operations and point-of-contact with tenants by bringing together all the functions of a property under one system. Managers can choose from a variety of categories, including inventory management, maintenance schedules and history, public space reservations, building and tenant emergency information, tenant surveys, and full work-order management. The software enables management to handle these projects remotely, from any computer connected to the Internet.
"This platform is a sophisticated, comprehensive tool," said Jerry Kestenbaum, president of BuildingLink. "At Tribeca Pointe, tenants can expect instant, up-to-date information regarding building activities, and building staff are able to organize and communicate job orders more effectively."
Tribeca Pointe is one of a growing number of individual properties and entire portfolios that use BuildingLink, the world's first online building communications manager (OBCOM) to streamline operations and improve building communications. In addition to Tribeca Pointe, Rockrose is implementing BuildingLink at 22 River Terrace, a 27-story, 304-unit also located in Battery Park City.
