Rockefeller Center offers small pre-built spaces.

Small businesses with a need for prime offices can find them ready for immediate occupancy in Rockefeller Center.

Rockefeller Center Management Corporation has begun a new program of constructing pre-built offices in the center's buildings to meet the immediate requirements of small tenants. The initial phase of construction has completed units located at three prominent Rockefeller Center buildings: One Rockefeller Plaza, 630 Fifth Avenue, and 1270 Avenue of the Americas, ranging in size from 700 square feet to just under 4,000 square feet. Later phases of the program will include all of the buildings within Rockefeller Center.

Each space is built to permit immediate occupancy with multiple Private windowed executive offices and ample space for secretarial support and other business needs. In keeping with the center's high standards, each space is finished with paint in neutral colors, wall-to-wall carpet with padding, and walnut veneer office doors.

Other amenities include 2-by-2-foot lay-in grid ceilings which easily open to accommodate computer cables and contain high-efficiency parabolic light fixtures. Each office is equipped with an automatic light sensing switch to economize light usage and is sub-metered so that the tenant may monitor electrical costs. A separate circuit is available for a copy machine and personal computers and each space is wired for connection to the Center's advanced telecommunications system. This system enables the tenant to access a broad range of capabilities including voice mail, automated attendant, and data services.
