Rock of Ages completes sale to Swenson Granite.


US granite quarrier and producer Rock of Ages Corp (NASDAQ:ROAC) said Thursday that its takeover by local sector firm Swenson Granite Company is now finalised and the companya[euro](tm)s class A common stock is no longer trading on the Nasdaq Global Market.

Under the previously announced agreement, Swenson bought all of Rock of Agesa[euro](tm) outstanding common shares it did not already own for USD5.25 (EUR3.90) a piece in cash.
