RoboHelpo Enterprise, is intelligent Help software with end user feedback reports for developers, Help authors and technical writers who need to deliver online Help for Web-based and Windows applications. The feedback reports provide usability data based on questions end users ask when using an application. The reports have the- ability to pinpoint missing Help content so improvements can be made to the Help system. New features include superior natural language search, faster navigation through XML, team development and project merging, and the six built-in reports: Most Frequently Asked User Questions, Unanswered User Questions, Pages Requiring the Most Help, Most Frequently Viewed Help Topics, Help Requests Over Time, and Help System Errors. The reports allow Help authors and developers to continually refine applications and their Help systems.
