On the Park's tenant roster since 1974, Commerce Overseas exports aerospace and agricultural equipment to public and private sector markets worldwide.

R.S. Knapp Company, Inc. recently renewed a lease for 5,100 square-feet of space, extending its five-year tenancy at the Park's One Westchester Plaza campus building. Execu - Lunch, Inc. has signed lease transactions for two of its food service facilities, with renewals on 1,100 square-feet of space at the Cross Westchester Executive Park's 400 Executive Boulevard in Elmsford and on 1,200 square-feet of space at the South Westchester Executive Park's One Executive Boulevard building in Yonkers. In addition to the Westchester locations, the food service firm also operates a street-level cafe at Robert Martin's 2777 Summer Street office property in Stamford, Connecticut. Execu - Lunch, which opened its first facility with Robert Martin in 1973, provides food delivery as well as catering services to tenant companies and neighboring businesses.
