Robert Gober: Sculpture + Drawing.

Walker Art Center, Minneapolis (February 14-May 9)

Over the past ten years, sculptor Robert Gober has established himself as one of the most influential artists of his generation. The Minneapolis exhibition examines his unconventional sculptural methods and materials--from handmade to cast and from wax to bronze. In addition, Gober's projection installation Slides of a Changing Painting, a 1982-1983 work that has been shown only once in the United States, will be on view. Seven new sculptures by the artist will also be on display.
