Robbery in street.

DETECTIVES in Huddersfield are appealing for witnesses to a Golcar robbery.

A 20-year-old man was threatened with a knife during the incident in Town End.

The man and two of his friends were approached by four men demanding their belongings in the early hours of Saturday morning. The friends and three of the suspects ran away leaving the 20-year-old who put some cans of lager on the ground and left the area uninjured.

The four suspects were seen to get out of a blue or green coloured Nissan Micra before the robbery took place. The suspect with the knife is described as around 5ft 10in, stocky build and was wearing a red coloured hoody with the hood up and a red balaclava covering his face. Another is described as Asian aged in his 20's, 5ft 9in of a stocky build with short dark spiky hair and a moustache.
