* Rob van Poorten, on behalf of Edward and Judith Stevens of West Quarter Town Line Road, responded to a petition from neighbours. He provided information on the submission, noting that the proposal to redesignate the current recreational land to residential, will complete an infilling with no loss of any agriculturally zoned lands. Council refused the submission as part of the Five Year Update to the Official Plan along with submissions B-5 (A, B and C), E-11 and F-8, H-21, H-2A, H-36, H-48 and H-40. Councillors also noted that those application should be submitted as formal zoning amendment applications to allow neighbours to air their concerns at a public meeting.
