Riverbank gets exclusive at 1350 Ave. of Americas.

New York chairman Bruce Mosler and the partners of Riverbank Realty Company have announced the firm's appointment as exclusive leasing agent for 1350 Avenue of the Americas.

Jerome Minskoff, president of the Minskoff Organization, the property's owner, selected Riverbank for this leasing assignment.

1350 Avenue of the America's is one of the premiere Manhattan properties, located on corporate row between 54th Street and 55th Street, with a prestigious roster of tenants. The building has recently undergone an extensive renovation to its interior and exterior common space.

Commenting on the appointment, Mosler stated: "A unique opportunity exists in the building, as it is the first time in many years that contiguous floors will be available for a major corporate user. The property has key elements to offer including the strength of its ownership, its location, and a major renovation to its lobby, elevators and plaza. The building is certainly poised to attract a diversified base of users, which Riverbank will aggressively pursue."

The Minskoff Organization is prepared to aggressively market the available space and offer incentives in the form of free rent, a complete installation and competitive base rentals.

Riverbank's marketing program will be under the direction of Mosler. Executive Vice President Mitti Liebersohn and Senior Vice Presidents Mitchell Konsker and Paul Glickman, who will direct a team of brokers assigned to the project.

Tenants include companies such as Metro Goldwyn Mayer, the Hearst Corporation, William Morris, Remy Martin, and Italian Radio Corp. (R.A.I.). Retail tenants include Chemical Bank and The Allegria restaurant." The building is also owner-occupied by the Minskoff Organization.

In a move to more aggressively lease the building as well as provide a superior level of service to the brokerage community, Riverbank will be opening an onsite marketing office within the building.

The building will continue to be managed by the Minskoff Organization, which is one of New York's more prominent and significant ownerships. Minskoff is presently involved in the ownership of properties in Manhattan, Westchester, Queens, Detroit and Philadelphia.
