Rising to not thrill us again; Hotel Transylvania 2 (3D) 89mins U.

DRACULA and his monster mates rise from the grave for another undead animation that should just about amuse kids - or at least the ones it doesn't freak out.

This sequel isn't quite as scary as the 2012 original but its conveyor belt of brains and eyeballs should give parents of the very young pause for thought.

We return to the land of ghosts and goblins, where Count Dracula (Adam Sandler) is fang-tastically excited when his undead daughter (Selena Gomez) gives birth to a son. The arch-bloodsucker then coaches the boy in the dark arts to unleash his inner monster.

The gags are second rate, the visuals - even in 3D - are worse and there are only so many times you can rip off 1967's superior Mad Monster Party.
