Rieter SpinCenter at Winterthur offers spinning trials on four spinning systems.

Rieter offers its customers the option to establish the best possible yarn quality for their individual raw material. In the SpinCenter in Winterthur, the complete Rieter spinning process line is available, including the four current spinning technologies such as the G 35 ring spinning machine, the K 45 compact spinning machine and now also the R 60 rotor spinning machine as well as the new J 20 air-jet spinning machine.

If a customer is interested in Rieter spinning machines, the possibility exists to carry out trials from the fiber to the yarn and even further to the end product with their own individual raw material, and this especially where rare areas of application or new spinning processes are concerned.

In the SpinCenter in Winterthur, Switzerland the complete spinning line for such trials is available. This also includes the current end spinning machines such as G 35 ring spinning machine, K 45 compact spinning machine and now also the R60 rotor spinning machine as well as the J 20air-jet spinning machine. According to Rieter, that aspect is absolutely unique and only possible at Rieter.

Customer Spinning Trials

In agreement with the customer, the amount of raw material and in which form it will be supplied is defined. Careful test planning and execution, conscientious evaluation and internal discussion of the results lead to a competent final report. This contains the optimal setting conditions for the best attainable yarn quality. The guidelines for the customer spinning trials are regulated according to ISO 9000/9001.

In a production plant, such complex trials are very difficult to realize. Trials in the Rieter SpinCenter ensure in every case the application of latest technologies in conjunction with the extensive know-how of the Rieter technologists. Customer spinning trials offer the option to test new processes and consequently to create the basis for the purchasing decision of the machines under consideration.
