Riddle over baby.

My sister-in-law delivered a baby boy on March 27, 1983, in Muharraq Maternity Hospital OPD No 815/82 (PD No 36). The child's birth was endorsed in mother's Indian passport and she left Bahrain without taking the child's birth certificate. Now she is in need of his birth certificate. As I have all records available with me, what shall I do to get it as they are in India and I am the only relative here to help them.
