Rewarding partnership: Keene's Lane Hotel signs up for Stash Rewards program.
The Lane Hotel, the Keene boutique hotel steeped in history, has begun partnering with Stash Hotel Rewards, the nation's largest point-based rewards program for independent hotels.
As a result, Stash members are able to earn and redeem points at The Lane, the first independent hotel in the state of New Hampshire to offer a rewards program to its guests.
"Partnering with Stash allows us to offer our guests a points program that's extremely competitive with the programs offered at larger chain hotels here in Keene and throughout New England," says Alex Bates, area general manager for Colwen Hotel Management. "Stash also contributes greatly to the unique character of our hotel, providing yet another valued attribute that sets the property apart from other independent hotels in our region."
Located on what is known as "the widest Main Street in America," The Lane was originally home to Goodnow Department Store, which was open from 1891 until closing its doors in 1995. After major renovations were made to redesign the interior, upgrade the structural elements of the building and preserve the original character, The Lane opened its doors in 2011. Since its opening, it has become a popular destination for area celebrities and frequent travelers who seek out the independent hotel experience.
