Country Court Care acquired Heartlands Care Home in December 2015, during which time the home had been placed under an embargo, due to significant concerns regarding the quality of care delivered under the previous owners.

Upon acquisition, it became apparent to Country Court Care that in order to deliver the award-winning services the company was accustomed to, significant investment was needed.
