Revised assignments issued for Superior Court.

Superior Court Presiding Justice Alice B. Gibney has issued revised second- and third-period judicial assignments through June 29.

The revised assignments are:

Judge William E. Carnes Jr. to assist on the Trial Calendar in Courtroom 11 in Providence County; and to be in charge of the Civil Calendar in Newport County beginning the week of May 5;

Judge Melissa E. Darigan to assist on the Civil Motion and Formal and Special Cause Calendars the weeks of March 17, March 24 and March 31; to be in charge of the Civil Motion Calendar in Courtroom D in Kent County on March 25; to be in charge of the Formal and Special Cause Calendar in Courtroom D in Kent County on March 29; to be in charge of the Civil Motion Calendar in Courtroom No. 16 in Providence County beginning April 8;

Justice Gibney to assist on all calendars in Courtroom 12 in Providence County, as her administrative duties permit;

Judge Maureen Keough to be in charge of the Formal and Special Cause Calendar in Courtroom 15 in Providence County; to be in charge of the Formal and Special Cause Calendar and the Civil Motion Calendar in Providence County on April 10, 11 and 12 and the week of April 14; to be in charge of the Daily Criminal Calendar in Courtroom F in Kent County beginning the week of April 14;

Judge Robert D. Krause to be in charge of the Gun Calendar in Courtroom 10 in Providence County and to assist elsewhere as needed;

Judge Jeffrey A. Lanphear to assist on the Trial Calendar in Courtroom No. 6 in Providence County; to be in charge of the Daily Criminal Calendar in Courtroom F in Kent County the weeks of March 10, March 17 and March 24; to be in charge of the Formal and Special Cause Calendar in Courtroom No. 16 in Providence County on April 8 and 9 and the week of April 14;

Judge Richard A. Licht to be in charge of the Civil Calendar and Out-County Business Calendar in Courtroom D in Kent County and to assist on the Criminal Calendar as needed;

Judge Melissa Long to be in charge of the Civil Motion Calendar, to hear Temporary Restraining Orders, and to assist on the Formal and Special Cause Calendar in Courtroom 16 in Providence County; to be in charge of the Civil Motion Calendar and Formal and Special Cause Calendar in Providence County on March 27, 28 and 29 and the week of March 31; and to be in charge of the Formal and Special Cause Calendar in Courtroom No. 15 in Providence County beginning the week of April 21;

Judge Luis Matos to assist on the Trial Calendar in Courtroom 2 in Providence County;

Judge Susan E. McGuirl to be in charge of the Civil Calendar in Washington County and to assist on the Criminal Calendar as needed; and to be in charge of the Civil Calendar in Washington County and the Civil and Criminal Calendars in Newport County the week of April 14;

Judge Joseph A. Montalbano to be in charge of the Trial and Pre-trial Calendars in Courtroom 4 in Providence County;

Judge Stephen P. Nugent to be in charge of the Civil Calendar in Newport County and to assist on the Criminal Calendar as needed; and to assist on the Trial Calendar in Courtroom No. 11 in Providence County beginning the week of May 5;

Judge Daniel A. Procaccini to be in charge of the Criminal Calendar in Courtroom E in Kent County and to assist on the Civil Calendar as needed;

Judge Kristin Rodgers to assist on the Trial Calendar and on the Gun Calendar in Courtroom 8 in Providence County; and to be in charge of the Trial and Pre-Trial Calendars in Courtroom No. 4 in Providence County the week of March 31;

Judge Brian P. Stern to be in charge of the Business Calendar in Courtroom 5 in Providence County;

Judge Sarah Taft-Carter to assist on the Trial Calendar, the Business Calendar and the Asbestos Calendar in Courtroom 1 in Providence County;

Judge Melanie Wilk Thunberg to be in charge of the Criminal Calendar in Washington County and to assist on the Civil Calendar as needed;

Judge Brian Van Couyghen to be in charge of the Criminal Calendar in Newport County and to assist on the Civil Calendar as needed;

Judge Netti C. Vogel to assist on the Trial Calendar and to manage the Med-Mal Pre-Trial Calendar in Courtroom 7 in Providence County;

Special Magistrate Patrick T. Burke to be in charge of the Pre-Arraignment Calendar in Courtroom 5-G in the J. Joseph Garrahy Judicial Complex and to assist on all other magistrates' calendars as needed; and to be in charge of the Pre-Arraignment Calendar in Courtroom 5-G and the Fines, Costs and Restitution Calendar in Courtroom 14 in Providence County May 20 and 21, and the week of June 23;

Magistrate John F. Flynn to be in charge of the Drug Court, the Sexual Predator Calendar, and the Probation Termination Calendar in Courtroom C in Kent County and to assist on all other magistrates' calendars as needed;

General Magistrate Patricia L. Harwood to be in charge of the Fines, Costs and Restitution Calendar in Courtroom 14 in Providence County and to assist on all other magistrates' calendars as needed; and to be in charge of the Pre-Arraignment Calendar in Courtroom 5-G on April 6, May 9 and 10, June 7, and the week of June 16;

Magistrate John F. McBurney III to assist on the Daily Criminal Calendar (Providence and Kent), Fines, Costs and Restitution Calendar, Pre-Arraignment Calendar and the Pre-Trial Calendar as needed; to be in charge of the Fines, Costs and Restitution Calendar in Courtroom 14 on March 19, 20, 21 and 22; to be in charge of the Pre-Trial Calendar in Providence County in Courtroom 4 on March 13, 14 and 15; to be in charge of the Fines, Costs and Restitution Calendar in Courtroom No. 14 the week of March 17; to be in charge of the Daily Criminal Calendar in Courtroom F in Kent County the weeks of March 31 and April 7; to be in charge of the Daily Criminal Calendar in Providence County in Courtroom 9 April 15, 16 and 17; to be in charge of the Trial and Pre-Trial Calendars in Providence County in Courtroom No. 4 on May 6, 7, 8 and 9; and to be in charge of the Pre-Arraignment Calendar in Courtroom 5-G the week of May 26; and

Magistrate Richard D. Raspallo to be in charge of the Daily Criminal Calendar in Courtroom 9 in Providence County.
