Rev up for F1 weekend entertainment.

It's one of the biggest sporting weekends of the year, but it's bigger in terms of music and entertainment.

If you don't have a ticket to watch these fabulous cars going around the track at amazing speeds, then get into the spirit of things by heading to an event planned for the F1 weekend-- there's loads of free events happening.

Beats on the Beach: Illmiyah of Desert Heat (8.25pm - 8.55pm), Clarita de Quiroz (9.15pm-9.45pm), Mel C (10pm-11pm), Missy Elliot (11.20pm-12.05am) and Tamer Hosny (12.20am-1.15am) headline the event. "I was in Dubai a long, long time ago in 2000 and I've never been to Abu Dhabi so I can't wait," Mel C told tabloid!. Head to the Music Pavilion on the Corniche for free-to-attend creative workshops giving budding DJs the chance to learn a thing or two. Become a radio DJ (4-5pm) learn from Heatbox Beatbox (5.50-7pm) or go to Soundtracks and Sound Effects for Movies workshop (7.20-8.30pm).
