Restructuring completed by parent Grubb & Ellis.

San Francisco-based parent company Grubb & Ellis has completed the restructuring of its debt and equity.

The restructuring, approved by Grubb & Ellis shareholders on Friday, confirmed previously announced agreements with Warburg, Pineus Investors, L.P., investor Joe F. Hanauer anal The Prudential Insurance Company of America.

According to Noel Spillane, president and CEO of Wm. A. White/Grubb & Ellis in New York: "A strong parent company will keep our exciting fourth quarter momentum moving into 1993 and provide the foundation for further growth."
