M2 EQUITYBITES-January 19, 2018-Resource Real Estate Diversified Income Fund declares USD0.15 per share distribution for quarter


Resource Real Estate Diversified Income Fund (Nasdaq:RREDX) reported on Friday its quarterly distribution of USD0.15 per share as of 31 December 2017.

This nineteenth consecutive quarterly distribution represents a 5.9% distribution and places it in excess of the fund's target of 5% percent, ahead of its target yield. Also, the fund began trading on 12 March 2013 and closed the quarter as of 31 December 2017 with an inception-to-date cumulative total return of 34.9%.

A closed-end interval fund, RREDX seeks current income, risk diversification and long-term appreciation by investing in a portfolio of private real estate equity, traded real estate investment trust equity and real estate credit. It is distributed by ALPS Distributors Inc, which is not affiliated to Resource Real Estate LLC.

Resource America is the parent company of Resource Alternative Advisor LLC, the fund's investment adviser. Resource is a wholly-owned subsidiary of C-III Capital Partners LLC, a real estate investment management and commercial property services company with USD8.7bn in real estate and debt assets under management as of 30 June 2017.
