Residents vote Greggs in dream neighbour top 10.

RESIDENTS have rated Greggs in a top 10 of dream shop neighbours.
Homeowners voted the baker as a better store to live near than McDonald's and Morrisons.
David Young, chief operating officer at property management firm FirstPort, which made the finding, said: "Greggs performing so highly as the place Brits want to live near shows the importance of having convenient and affordable food and drink options close to home, and how it can enhance residents' enjoyment of their area."
Tesco was number one in the list of ideal shop neighbours, followed by Boots, Sainsbury's and Marks & Spencer.
Pricey Waitrose wasn't in the top 10. It comes despite Greggs boss Roger Whiteside saying he had been forced to hike prices on the chain's products due to the spiralling cost of ingredients and wages.
The 63-year-old made the announcement as he added he was quitting the firm after nine years at the helm to spend time on golfing, skiing and learning guitar.
