Reporter's parents incall for his release.

The parents of BBC correspondent Alan Johnston, who was abducted in the Middle East a month ago, will step up calls for his release during a day of action today. Graham and Margaret Johnston will be joined by BBC executives at a news conference to highlight the plight of their son, who disappeared on his way home from his Gaza City office on March 12. Mr Johnston gained a diploma in Journalism Studies from the University of Wales in Cardiff.
