Park 80 in Saddle Brook, New Jersey, recently concluded lease renewals and expansions and were able to maintain over 95 percent occupancy rates in Park 80 East and Park 80 West Two.

Hickory Travel Systems, Inc., a $3.5 billion travel agency network, has renewed its lease at Park 80 East. Hickory will use its 3,325 square feet of office space as its East Coast base of operations for its business as a travel consortinto providing services to internationally travel agencies nationally and internationally.

Lee Hecht Harrison, a tenant in Park 80 West TWO since 1986, has expanded into an additional 1,765 square feet and increased its total office space to over 15,000 square feet Lee Hecht Harrison is one of the nation's largest outplacement and career management firms. Established in 1974, the firm assists organizations and their employees in dealing with the impact of change that is triggered by restructuring, downsizings, mergers, acquisitions or plant closings.

New York Life InSurance Company has renewed its lease for six years and will relocate into over 12,000 square feet on the 5th Floor of West Two. New York Life Insurance Company will continue to use its office space as a sales office base for its agents who are involved in life, health, and group insurance; pension plans; different financial products; mutual funds; municipal bonds; and partnership investments.
