Remedy releases Remedy Quality Management 5.0.

Remedy, a BMC Software company, announced the releases of Remedy Quality Management 5.0, designed to help companies manage customer issues with their products and to address the complexities of correcting product defects in a customer service environment. In Remedy Quality Management 5.0, the company said it has added role-based consoles, new Remedy Flashboards integrations and support for Corrective Action Requests (CARs) to expedite quality management processes and elevate key problems so they can be resolved more quickly. The intent was to improve product defect resolution, and propel companies toward 100 percent customer satisfaction.
