Reluctant to travel.

Reluctant to travel: Farhad Besharati, the owner of the Travel ATT agency in Los Angeles, says more and more Iranian-Americans are afraid to travel to Iran. Even those who are naturalized citizens and cannot be blocked from re-entering the United States, tell him they are fearful that if they leave the United States the rules may be changed and they might not be able to re-enter. Such a change would require an act of Congress; it cannot be done by President Trump alone. In the statutes, the only real difference between a naturalized American and a natural-born American is that the naturalized citizen cannot run for president.
