Reliant Announces Three-Show Joint Venture With Longball Sports.

CLEARWATER, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 20, 1999--

Reliant Interactive Media Corp. (OTC BB: RIMCD), a Clearwater-based multimedia marketing company, announces joint venture effort with Longball Sports, Inc., a sporting goods manufacturer headquartered in Englewood, CO.

The agreement gives Reliant the worldwide broadcast rights to three already completed infomercials featuring Longball products. "The fact that these shows already exist increases our ability to get the shows on the air quickly," says Reliant CEO Kevin Harrington. "Add the fact that each show features a proven product used a popular activity and we are confident that these shows will be greeted with enthusiasm by consumers. We look forward to these shows extending our recent string of infomercial successes."

Among its recent infomercial successes are the Sobakawa Magnetic Insoles, Trash or Treasure with noted antique dealer Tony Hyman and the Light and Easy Steaming System.

The first show aired under this agreement features Longball's famous AIRHAMMER(TM) Driver, the club used to set six world distance records, topped by a 473-yard, non-wind assisted drive certified by the Guinness Book of World Records as the world's longest. Created and designed by Jack Hamm, recognized as golf's "World Record Driving Champion" by the Guinness Book of World Records since 1986, the AIRHAMMER driver has already produced sales over $15 million worldwide. The club has been featured on ABC (NYSE: DIS) Sports, ESPN (NYSE: DIS), NBC (NYSE: GE), CBS (NYSE: CBS) and Prime Sports. Articles on the AIRHAMMER have appeared in Golf Digest, USA Today, Asahi Golf, Golf Today, Esquire Magazine, The Robb Report and Inside Golf.

The second show airing under this agreement features Longball's LOGIX(TM) tennis racket. Hosted by 1993 French Open doubles champions, Luke and Murphy Jensen, the show features the LOGIX racket's 20-degree pronated handle. This unique feature enlarges the racket's "sweet spot," providing more power and accuracy in a player's stroke. Coupled with its ZOLEX(TM) Radical Fusion construction, the LOGIX racket also simplifies the game, reduces bio-mechanical failure and eliminates tennis elbow.

Jack Hamm returns in the third show to promote Longball's HAMMER-IT driver. Constructed of ZOLEX Radical Fusion Material, the club is twice as light as titanium and provides the world's largest impact zone. It is the number one best-selling driver in Japan.
