A daughter of the murdered woman said that she "will make it all the way until the court makes a fair decision and the guilty person is prosecuted".
The Karakol town court on November 15, 2017 after having examined the materials of the case, the judge found the 40-year-old woman from Karakol, a colleague of Apsaliyeva, suspected of murder, not guilty. The court considered the evidence unsubstantiated.
