Reemay restructuring.

As a result of changes at parent company BBA Group, a corporate restructuring has taken place at roll goods supplier Reemay, Old Hickory, TN. Under the new corporate structure, Reemay now reports directly to BBA, which holds an 80% share in the company. The nonwovens producer had formerly reported to IGH, a holding company of the Intertech Group, which still holds 20% of Reemay.

Reemay has also restructured within its nonwovens organization. Migo Nalbantyan, formerly vice president-sales, marketing and operations, now has the title of general manager. Thomas Phillips has been named senior vice president, finance and administration, Gil Rains becomes vice president, plant operations and Ronald Smorada becomes vice president, sales and marketing.
